General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services concluded between Wünsche Management (hereinafter "Agency") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer").

2. Subject matter of the contract
The agency offers services in the area of online presence and monetization of content for creators, especially within the framework of OnlyFans. The exact services are specified in the respective contract.

3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the agency's offer. Acceptance can be made in writing, by email or by using the services offered.

4. Agency's obligations
The agency undertakes to provide the agreed services with care and to the best of its knowledge and belief. The agency does not guarantee the success of the services, in particular not the amount of the customer's income.

5. Obligations of the Customer
The customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the performance of the service and to inform the agency immediately of any relevant changes. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

6. Remuneration
The remuneration for the agency's services is set out in the contract. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed terms. In the event of late payment, the agency reserves the right to charge reminder fees and to stop providing services until the outstanding amounts are paid.

7. Term and Termination
The contract term and the termination terms are regulated in the respective contract. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.

8. Liability
The agency is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The agency is only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated, but limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damage and consequential damage is excluded.

9. Data Protection
The Agency undertakes to protect the Client's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information is contained in the Agency's Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The agency reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the customer in writing or by email. If the customer does not object within four weeks of receiving the notification, the changed terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.

11. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
